n.

A sex-linked disorder characterized by hydrophthalmia, cataracts, mental retardation, aminoaciduria, reduced renal ammonia production, and vitamin D-resistant rickets. Also called Lowe's syndrome, Lowe-Terrey-MacLachlan syndrome.
