Odd Nosdam (born David P. Madson) is a musician, DJ, artist, and co-founder and ex-art director of San Francisco Bay Area record label/collective Anticon.
Nosdam first gained wide acclaim for the drone and warped pop of his former group Clouddead (with fellow Anticon founders Why? and Dose One); more recently, he has worked closely with Mike Patton on his Peeping Tom project and remixing tracks by a variety of bands including The Notwist, Danielson, Serena-Maneesh, Boards of Canada, Bracken and Black Moth Super Rainbow. He has also produced, mixed or collaborated with Jel, Jessica Bailiff, TV on the Radio, Reaching Quiet, Restiform Bodies, Thee More Shallows, Themselves, Sole, Sage Francis, Mr. Dibbs, Dosh, Fog, Bre'r, Múm, Eluvium, Grouper, Greenthink, and Hood.
