Marvin Santiago returns after a four-year recording absence with his customary blend of hilarity and improvisation. There are danceable tunes ("La Guarapera"), but his "tribute" to Juan Luis Guerra ("El Comelon" is his take on Guerra's "Burbujas de Amor") is a howl!
