[Si]
An LBK village dated to the late 5th millennium bc situated on a loess-covered plateau near Cracow in southern Poland. Excavations by Sarunas Milisauskas in the early 1970s revealed thirteen longhouses of varying sizes. The largest, house 6, was over 40m long and was interpreted as the residence of a high-status family. Obsidian and Bükk pottery from Hungary was found.
