This 90-minute video, produced out of a National Black Women's Health Project workshop, is a frank discussion of teen sexuality and pregnancy with specific reference to the African-American experience. Straightforward factual information about birth control, reproduction, and the consequences of sexual activity is presented within a model framework of open communication between mothers and daughters. Sex educators should note that AIDS prevention is largely ignored since the video pre-dates the widespread threat of AIDS among American women. ~ Sarah Welsh, Rovi
