Review
Misse Ngoh is a Cameroonian guitarist and singer who, on this album, has the artistic assistance of the Makossa legend Sam Fan Thomas. The music here is an attempt to break loose from the doldrums that followed the incredibly creative 1980s Makossa. The classical guitar work interwoven with both hand drumming and synthesized beats makes this an interesting, if not earthshaking, set.
