Condition under which housing units may be purchased or leased without regard for such matters as the ethnic or religious characteristics of the buyers or tenants.

 
 

A condition under which housing units may be purchased or Leased without regard for racial, ethnic, color, or religious characteristics of the buyers or tenants.
Example: The intent of government antidiscrimination laws applied to housing is to provide open housing under which anyone with sufficient funds may purchase or rent available housing units.
