Oracle Technology Network (OTN) is Oracle Corporation's official, interactive online/offline community for Oracle technical professionals. It professes to be the world's largest online community of developers, DBAs, and architects using Oracle products and computer-industry-standard technologies (such as Java, Linux, and PHP). Potential users can register free.

Content and services available on the OTN website include:

• Freeware downloads: all Oracle infrastructure software (Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Enterprise Manager) available free-of-charge for use according to the terms of the OTN Developer License
• Technical articles and howto documents authored by customers and by Oracle product-managers
