Order Bill of Lading

Negotiable bill of lading that can be negotiated like any other Negotiable Instrument, so that the shipper can sell it to anyone, not just the intended recipient of the goods. The bill requires the carrier to release the goods only when the bill of lading is given him by the recipient.
