Orestes Quércia (Igaçaba, August 18, 1938) is a Brazilian politician. He was the sixteenth governor of the state of São Paulo.
Despite important advances in infrastructure and sanitation, his term in office was marred by corruption and poor management allegations unearthed during the term of his designated successor, Luiz Antônio Fleury Filho (most notably regarding the state-run bank, Banespa).
