OSCOM is an international, non-profit organization dedicated to Open Source Content management.

The goal is to bring together as many great brains as possible to build a network and grow the community of open source content management.

The organization was very active between 2002 and 2004, organizing several Open Source Content Management conferences and development events. By 2006 the organization was clearly inoperational[1]. On October 16, 2009 a vote was held to dissolve the organization and donate remaining assets to Apache Software Foundation.
