Osinsky District (Russian: Осинский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion) of Ust-Orda Buryat Okrug of Irkutsk Oblast, Russia. Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Osa.[2] Population: 20,440 (2010 Census preliminary results);[6] 20,962 (2002 Census);[9] 20,668 (1989 Census).[10] Population of Osa accounts for 21.4% of the district's population.[9]
