Otomize

Manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline

A proprietary combination of dexamethasone (a corticosteroid), acetic acid, and neomycin sulphate (an antibiotic), used for the treatment of inflammation and infections of the outer ear. It is available as a pump-action spray on prescription only.

Side effects:
there may be transient stinging or burning on application.

Precautions:
Otomize should not be used on perforated eardrums or by pregnant women.
