The Ottawa Bus Central Station [1] (French: Station Centrale d'Autobus Ottawa) is the primary intercity bus terminus in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada's national capital city. It has the same ownership as Montreal's major bus terminal, Station Centrale d'Autobus Montreal. Unlike the Montreal station, there are on-site Greyhound customer service agents at the station. Most of the employees (such as the ticket agents) are employed by DC Synergy, and not Greyhound. The terminus is located at 265 Catherine Street, on the north west corner of Catherine and Kent, just north of Highway 417, the primary expressway through Ottawa.

There is a Gray Line sightseeing tours office located in the terminal, as well as the Cisco Systems Bluesfest office on the second floor.

The majority of buses serving the station are operated by Greyhound Canada. Destinations from Ottawa include Toronto (with connections to the United States), Montreal (with connections to the United States, Quebec City and the Maritimes) and Sudbury (with connections to the Prairies, British Columbia and Northern Canada).

A Sul Posto operates as the station's restaurant facility, offering fries, hamburgers, salads and other food items.

The stations operating hours are daily from 5:00am to 2:30am. The parcel department's hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm (also holiday hours). The telephone information center's operating hours are from 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Effective December 15th, 2008, new security measures by Greyhound will take into affect. All passengers will be subject to search of their personal self and their belongings, as well as being screened with wand metal detectors by the security firm Securitas. Any passenger refusing to be searched will not be permitted on the bus.
