Out There (sometimes listed as Out There with Betty Carter[3][2]) is a critically acclaimed avante-garde bop[4] album by Betty Carter, released in February 1958.[1][4][5] Ron Wynn of Allmusic called the album "a dynamic set."[6]
Out There was reissued on Compact Disc by the French label Blue Moon Records in 2005.[1][7] All the tracks from Out There are also included on the 1992 Impulse!/GRP compilation album I Can't Help It.[8]
