West Coast rapper P.S.D. was raised shuttling between California and Mississippi; he first attracted underground attention with his contribution to the compilation Mobbin' Thru the Bay, leading to appearances on other comps including Rompalation, Spread Yo' Hustle, and 3 Beam Circus.
