P2P TV

(Peer-to-Peer TV) Transmitting live TV or on-demand TV using a peer-to-peer architecture, in which the receiving users also function as servers to others. P2P TV is the streaming counterpart of P2P systems such as BitTorrent. Users are watching the TV programs as they are being downloaded and temporarily stored for viewing rather than playing back video files after being downloaded and saved. See peer-to-peer network and Joost.
