Pain Killer is the third album made by the heavy metal and hard rock band Krokus. It was recorded at Manor Studios, Oxford, England, and took just six days to produce[1].
It should not be mixed up with the Judas Priest album with the same name. Judas Priest's Rob Halford sang backing vocals on at least one Krokus song.

The album was also released as Pay it in Metal, and featured different covers for different regions. In all, five different covers were released[2], all containing exactly the same album.
