Painkillers is the second EP recorded by Babes in Toyland. It consists of the outtakes from Fontanelle and a live version of Fontanelle called "Fontanellette". It was produced mainly by Jack Endino and Kat Bjelland, and released 22 June 1993 by Reprise Records.

  • In early 1993, the band broke up for several days before re-forming to record Fontanellette and then "hit the road" with Lollapalooza 1993.
  • "Fontanellette" is a live recording and contains the songs Bruise Violet, Bluebell, Angel Hair, Pearl, Blood, Magick Flute, Won't Tell, Real Eyes, Untitled Track, Spun, Mother, and Handsome And Gretel.
