Biography

Club-oriented pop group Parking Lot Pimp formed in 2004 when producer and songwriter Terry Lee, vocalists Vanessa Fernandez and Trisno Ishak, and multi-instrumentalist Munir Alsagoff left the Singapore-based pop/hip-hop combo Urban Xchange. PLP wasted no time either, adding rapper JG (aka Jeremy Green) and debuting in spring 2005 with the single "Blow." The song quickly caught a buzz in the Singapore pop scene and at MTV Asia, and set up the mid-summer release of the full-length Parking Lot Pimp debut, Welcome to Our Frequency. ~ Johnny Loftus, All Music Guide
