parovarium

(Anat.) A group of tubules, a remnant of the Wolffian body, often found near the ovary or oviduct; the epoöphoron.

See paroophoron.

A vestigial structure associated with the ovary; consists of a group of mesonephric tubules with a corresponding section of mesonephric duct. Called also epoophoron.
