Wikipedia: Parrot Records

Parrot Records defaults here. For the earlier Chicago-based blues label, see Parrot Records (blues label).

Parrot Records was a division of London Records in the U.S.A. which started in 1964. Notable artists whose records were released by Parrot included: The Zombies, Tom Jones, Engelbert Humperdinck, Them featuring Van Morrison, Jonathan King, Hedgehoppers Anonymous, Lulu, Bobby "Boris" Pickett, Savoy Brown and Frijid Pink. The label lasted until 1973.[1] Parrot artists were then shifted to the London label. The Parrot catalogue is currently managed by Polydor Records, a unit of Universal Music Group UMG.
