Patricia S. "Patsy" Ticer (born January 6, 1935, in Washington, D.C.) is an American politician. A Democrat, she was mayor of Alexandria, Virginia from 1991 to 1996, when she began service in the Senate of Virginia. She currently represents[update] the 30th District, made up of parts of Arlington and Fairfax Counties and the city of Alexandria.[1]
