Paul John Perri (born November 6, 1953) is an American-born Canadian-American film and television actor. Perri is best known for portraying as Edwards, Parker (partly skinned), and Skinless Parker in Hellraiser: Bloodline, Harry Hume from Chaos, Young Ray from The Funeral, Police Captain from October 22 and as Dr. Sidney Bloom from Manhunter.
