Paul Tibbitt is a prolific cartoon writer and storyboard artist on the TV series SpongeBob SquarePants. He is currently the Co-Executive Producer of the show. He is the voice of Mama Krabs, Doodlebob and Potty the Parrot.

He has written more than half of the show's episodes, which include:
