Plot

These videos are based on the writings of Buddhist Thich Nhat Hanh. It contains commentaries, meditations, Nhat Hanh's personal stories, reflections and experiences as a peace activist, teacher and civic leader. Through understanding our world around us, these teachings and stories allows the individual to discover themselves through meditations, awareness through increasing our inner being of body and mind, and the relationship we have with others around us. Essentially, Nhat Hanh teaches the viewer in this one-hundred-and-fifty minute video how to adapt his Zen teachings into practical, daily living experiences, whether it's a traffic jam, attending duties at the office or washing the dishes.
