Pemagatshelཔདྨ་དགའ་ཚལ་རྫོང་ཁག་ previously Pemagatsel, is one of the 20 dzongkhag (districts) comprising Bhutan.

Pemagatshel is divided into eleven gewogs:

• Chongshing Borang Gewog
• Dungme Gewog
• Khar Gewog
• Shumar Gewog
• Yurung Gewog
• Zobel Gewog
• Nanong Gewog
• Choekhorling Gewog
• Norbugang Gewog
