Penningtons is part of the Reitmans Limited Company, also affiliated with RW&CO, Cassis, Addition Elle, Thyme Maternity and Smart Set. There are over 950 stores throughout Canada. Reitmans (Canada) Limited is one of the largest publicly owned retail companies in Canada, but still operates with a strong family feel.
There are three regional offices, located in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.
