Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P., headquartered in Reading, PA, is a joint venture among Penske Corporation, Penske Automotive Group and General Electric. A global transportation services provider, Penske operates more than 200,000 vehicles and serves customers from more than 1,000 locations in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Product lines include full-service truck leasing, contract maintenance, commercial and consumer truck rentals, used truck sales, transportation and warehousing management, and supply chain management solutions. Penske Truck Leasing’s annual revenue is approximately U.S. $4.1 billion. The company employs approximately 20,000 associates worldwide. Penske Truck Leasing was founded by Roger Penske in 1969.

• Penske Truck Rental, a service of Penske Truck Leasing. Penske Truck Rental provides do-it-yourself movers with trucks, moving equipment, packing supplies, and accessories. Rentals include straight trucks, tractors, flatbeds, refrigerated vans, trailers and specialized equipment. Penske Truck Rental has locations across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

• Penske Logistics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Penske Truck Leasing. With operations in North America, South America, Europe and Asia, Penske Logistics provides supply chain management and logistics services to companies throughout the world. Penske Logistics provides design, planning and execution in transportation, warehousing, international freight forwarding, and carrier management.

Penske acquired The Hertz Corporation's Truck Rental division to form Hertz/Penske Truck Rental in 1985. In 1992, "Hertz" was dropped from the name and became Penske Truck Rental.
