The People of the Year Awards is an annual show in Ireland. Organised by the Rehab Group, it is televised by Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ) and hosted by Gráinne Seoige.[1]
The Awards provide a unique opportunity for the Irish public to honour outstanding contributions made by individuals and organisations to life in Ireland.[2][1]
The 2011 edition took place on Saturday 11 September.[3]
