a monomeric peroxisomal enzyme (mainly in kidney and liver) with the activities of three steps in the beta-oxidation system, i.e. enoyl-CoA hydratase, 3,2- trans-enoyl-CoA isomerase, and 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase activities.
