Persefone is an Andorran Metal band formed in October 2001.[1]
Overview
Persefone began as a band which was playing covers, most notably of Arch Enemy, In Flames and Dark Tranquillity. However, this felt insufficient, and work was done to write the first song ever: Niflheim (The eyes that hold the edge), which gave the first ideas on how the sound of Persefone should sound like.
This resulted in a 6-track demo which would later become an LP, Truth Inside the Shades. This marked the beginning of Persefone.
