Peter Latz
(1939– )
German landscape-architect. With his wife, Anneliese, he created a public park in the ruined industrial port at Saarbrücken (1979–89), incorporating some parts of the remaining buildings. On a derelict site in Duisburg the firm designed a park to interpret the history of the town's industrial past, notably its cast-iron works. Another major scheme is the
