As his world of lies unravels, murder seems to be his only way out. As the detectives close in on the suspect, they find that everyone involved in the case has been living a delusion. Fact

  • This episode revealed many resemblances with the real-life case of Jean-Claude Romand, a French impostor and murderer who fooled his family and friends for 18 years; they thought he was a successful medical professional and researcher in the World Health Organization. It also resembled the case of John List, who murdered his entire family when they met with financial troubles.
