Phrae (Thai: แพร่) is a town (thesaban mueang) in northern Thailand, capital of the Phrae Province.
The town covers the whole tambon Nai Wiang of the Mueang Phrae district. It covers an area of 9 km² and as of 2005 it has a population of 17,971.
