Yellow-speckled toad-headed agama Phrynocephalus luteoguttatus is a species of agamid lizard found in Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan (Baluchistan) and possibly in India. Type locality: between Nushki and Helmand (border between Afghanistan and Baluchistan).
