Felix Mendelssohn's Piano Sextet in D major, Op. 110, for piano, violin, two violas, cello, and double bass was composed in May 1824. The work has four movements:

  1. Allegro vivace
  2. Adagio
  3. Menuetto
  4. Allegro vivace

A typical performance lasts 30 minutes.
