Pier is a free and open source content management system written in Smalltalk using the Seaside web application framework.
Pier was originally named SmallWiki.[1]. Pier is based on Magritte, a meta-description framework. It enables composing and configuring interactive web sites through a web interface, without having to write code. Pier provides various ready-made plugins[2].
The main development of Pier happens in Pharo[3]. There are ports to other Smalltalk dialects such as VisualWorks and Gemstone/S.
