Pink Panther and Sons is an animated The Pink Panther television series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions and MGM/UA Television (under the United Artists banner) and originally broadcast from 1984 to 1985.

Plot
In addition to the Pink Panther, the series' characters are Pinky and his brother Panky, the members of the Rainbow Panthers club — romantic Chatta, athlete Rocko, sleepy Murfel, the grouchy old Liona, the tomboy Annie, and stuttering Punkin — and the evil Finko the Fang and his bumbling assistant Howl.
Characters
Pinky
Pinky is a sophisticated young teenage panther. Out of the group, Pinky generally ends up getting in the most danger in situations, such as turning six inches tall in one episode, and is the one who comes up with most of the ideas of saving their "Hides". He is dating a young female panther named Chatta.
Panky
Panky is the youngest of the club and is the little brother of Pinky. His diaper is never tied correctly so he just holds it to where ever he goes. Since he is still a toddler, he is considered imataeable.
Chatta
Chatta is a purple panther that developed a crush on Pinky and often tries to impress him. She is a rival to Leona who is member of Howl Angles. The two often fight for Pinky's affection. Though Annie may be the most scientific of the group, Chatta is very well educated and loves to read. She often describes something in a way that would seem like it came from a dictionary.
Murfel
Murfel is a green panther. Who wears a gown hat. He muffels everything that he says(hence the name murfel) but the rainbow panther club understands what he says, though the audience does not.
Rocko
Rocko is a yellow panther. Who specialises in athletics. He casually wears boxing gloves everyday,as a representve that he is althletic himself.
Annie
She is a cute, orange panther wearing overalls, and is the most scientific of the group.
Punkin
Punkin is a blue panther who stutters, and often takes literal to idioms.
Pink Panther
Pink Panther is the mute father of Pinky and Panky whose wife never appeared on the show. The pink panther was the main issue with the show. Because of the fact that he hardly appears in each episode,the fans started to complain about it,thus leading to the cancelation.
Howl Angels
Finko
Finko is leader of Howl Angles, he is rival to Pinky and one time was babysitter to Panky, when Pinky and Chatta go to the movie on cinema.
Howl
Howl is right hand to Finko. He and biker Howl Angels is with him.
Liona
Liona is a lioness, she is tough but pretty, she has a crush on Pink Panther Rainbow club leader Pinky. She and Chatta fight for Pinky's affection.
