Pinnacle Airlines Corp. (NASDAQ: PNCL) is a parent company and airline holding company, which holds the airline operations and certificates of Colgan Air and Pinnacle Airlines. The corporation outsources its subsidiary airlines to fly in the airline livery and colors of other airlines such as Continental Airlines, United Airlines, US Airways and Northwest Airlines.

Among the corporate officers of Pinnacle Airlines Corp are Brian T. Hunt VP and General Counsel, formerly with Global Aero Logistics [1]
