Planck angular frequency

Top

The Planck angular frequency is the unit of angular frequency, denoted by ωP, in the system of natural units known as Planck units.

\omega_\text{P} = \frac{1}{t_\text{P}} = \sqrt{\frac{c^5}{\hbar G}} \approx 1.85487 × 1043 s−1

where

t_\text{P} is the Planck time,
c is the speed of light in a vacuum,
\hbar is the reduced Planck's constant,
G is the gravitational constant.
