Podkraj is a settlement in the Municipality of Hrastnik in central Slovenia. It lies on the right bank of the Sava River. Traditionally the area was part of the Lower Carniola region. It is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Central Sava statistical region.[2]
The local church is dedicated to Saint Nicholas. It dates to the late 15th or early 16th century.[3]
