Polish European Union membership referendum in 2003 also known in Poland as European referendum or accession referendum (Polish: referendum 2003, referendum europejskie or referendum akcesyjne) concerned accession of Poland to the European Union and ratification of the Treaty of Accession 2003 (Athene's Treaty) by Poland. The referendum took place over the course of two days - 7 and 8 June 2003.

Poles answered the following question:

Do you Sir/Madam approve Polish Republic's accession to the European Union?[1]

According to Polish official results, 58.85% of population voted (17 586 215 people). 77.45% of them (13 516 612) answered yes; 22,55% (3 936 012) answered no.
