Plot

It's Halloween in the Hundred Acre Wood. Roo's best new pal, Lumpy, is excited to trick-or-treat for the first time. However, Tigger warns them about the dreaded Gobloon who'll turn them into Jaggedy Lanterns if he catches them. But if they catch the Gobloon before it catches them, they will be able to make a wish.

With Roo by his side, Lumpy knows he can face anything. So when Pooh eats all the Halloween candy, Lumpy and Roo decide to be 'brave together, brave forever' and catch the Gobloon so they can wish for more. When the two friends become separated, however, Roo decides to wish for something even more important.

Cast and Character Information

  • This film was the last time John Fiedler voiced the character of Piglet, before his death, having played the role since Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree, after being personally chosen by Walt Disney .[1]
  • Christopher Robin and Owl are still absent in this film. Gopher only appears during the Boo To You Too sequence, but is otherwise excluded from all scenes.
  • To date, this is the last in Disney's Winnie the Pooh media line to feature Gopher, although the Beaver in My Friends Tigger & Pooh loosely resembles Gopher.
  • Travis Oates provided Piglet's voice in some scenes, after the death of John Fiedler, but was only given a credit as "Additional Voices".
