(electronics) In a frequency-agile source such as the fast-tuning oscillators used in set-on jammers for electronic warfare equipment, the increase in frequency brought about by the drop in temperature of the varactor after warm-up time, settling time, and the time when the oscillator has reached a new frequency. Abbreviated PTD.
