Preston University is the first private university of Pakistan with campuses in Karachi, Kohat, Peshawar, Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad and Ajman. Preston University was established as a School of Business and Commerce in 1984 at Rawalpindi in Pakistan.

Preston University is accredited[1]and recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan, which is the primary regulator of higher education in Pakistan. Preston University has charters from the Pakistan provinces of Sindh and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. [2]
