Princess Alexandrine of Prussia (23 February180321 April1892), Grand Duchess of Mecklenburg-Schwerin, was the daughter of Frederick William III of Prussia and Louise of Mecklenburg-Strelitz.

In 1822, she married Paul Friedrich, Grand Duke of Mecklenburg-Schwerin and had two sons and a daughter, including Friedrich Franz II of Mecklenburg-Schwerin.
