Game Description
Hard time is easy to manage in the fourth edition of ValuSoft's Prison Tycoon series. Prison Tycoon 4: SuperMax once again tasks players with building and managing every aspect of a penitentiary, with each design choice and administrative decision affecting the facility's ultimate profitability. As in previous versions of the game, success depends on finding the right balance of security, rehabilitation, labor, and peacekeeping. Prison Tycoon 4 also earns its "SuperMax" subtitle by introducing new Restricted Access Quarters, which let wannabe wardens keep the worst of the worst locked up for 23 hours every day.~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide

Prison Tycoon 4: Supermax is a business simulation computer game for the PC. It was released in 2008 as the fourth game in the Prison Tycoon series. This version of Prison Tycoon introduced several improvements, including a brand new graphics engine, advisers, more control over aspects of the game, such as the closing/opening of gates, underground tunnels, and more.
Reception
Prison Tycoon 4: Supermax has not been reviewed by many professional critics. IGN's Jimmy Thang gives the game a rating of 2.5/10, "terrible". [1]
