Qiao Xing Mobile Communication brings the ring to Chinese callers on the move. The company, through its primary operating subsidiary CEC Telecom (CECT), manufactures a full range of mobile phone handsets. Qiao Xing sell its products, which are based around the GSM wireless standard, to local and national distributors throughout China. Qiao Xing Mobile Communication is a subsidiary of Qiao Xing Universal Telephone. The company operates its own manufacturing facilities but it also utilizes outsourced manufacturing services.
