A method used by Appraisers to estimate Reproduction Cost (new) of an Improvement detailed cost estimate of all materials, labor, and overhead required to reproduce a structure. See Cost Approach.
Example: A simplified quantity survey estimate of reproduction cost (new) is shown in Table 43.
